We accept payments through Shopify Payments and approved third-party payment providers, including Shop Pay and Afterpay.

Installment payment services provided by third parties are subject to their own terms and conditions.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards issued by Local European do not expire and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
7. Shipping & International Orders
We ship internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Local European is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
8. Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
Pre-order items may experience production or shipping delays. Estimated shipping dates are approximate and subject to change.
All pre-order sales are final. Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery.
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided unless required by law.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return requirements.
Certain items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
10. No Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all orders are final once submitted.
